1 to 1 Personal Training

Presently, we train people between 18 to 75. Goals can range from people wanting to be able to keep up with their kids, to people wanting to complete the ‘Iron Man Challenge’!

Run Coaching

Training is suitable for complete beginners. We train people up to distances including 5k, 10k, half-marathons and full marathons, and Ultra’s, both on-road and off-road trails!

Weekly Fitness Groups

We currently deliver: Mobility Chair Based Classes, Eye Community Runners, and a group of other programs for running and well-being for juniors and seniors!
